ECC Re-Registration Form

The 2023-2024 school year is rapidly approaching. To secure your space, a non-refundable, non-transferable, re-registration fee is required to insure your child's class placement for next year.

If we have not received your re-registration by March 31, 2023, we will assume that you have made other arrangements for your child for the next school year. We will then begin to fill all open spaces from our waiting list.

This registration form is to be used for the 2023-24 school year only and a separate form is required for each child.
