Like the songs of Goffin and King ("Will You Love Me Tomorrow, "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman," "Up on the Roof") and Lieber and Stoller ("Stand by Me," "Charlie Brown," "On Broadway"), the songwriting team of Pomus and Shuman wrote classic pop songs that are still being sung today, but few know the dramatic story behind the hits.

HAMAKOM'S WEST VALLEY JEWISH FILM SOCIETY

Just like any book club, HAMAKOM's West Valley Jewish Film Society will have a month to watch a selected film, and then on the third Thursday every month, we will get together (whether on Zoom or in person) to review the film and discuss our thoughts on it.
