THE SPOT ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION FEE

I acknowledge that a $125 registration fee is required for enrollment and is nonrefundable.
I acknowledge that a $500 deposit will be required for enrollment
If we are not able to provide transportation from your child's school, and you cannot arrange for your own transportation, your deposit will be refunded.
