Join Lisa Goldstein for a meaningful workshop as we journey through the month of Elul. Lisa has deepened her meditation practice and, beginning in 2019, has deepened her Judaic studies with hevruta partners in the study of Mussar, Torah study, and more with Rabbi mentors and within a variety of Jewish spiritual organizations.

As we approach the high holidays together, we will prepare our souls as we look inward, hear the shofar, read and learn Psalm 27, and more. With meditation, discussion, and reflection, we will explore this special time together. Texts from Rabbi Alan Lew's book "This is Real and You are Completely Unprepared" and "Opening Your Heart with Psalm 27" by Rabbi Debra Robbins will be shared. This workshop welcomes participants of all backgrounds seeking meaningful preparation for the Days of Awe.
