Prenatal and Newborn Yoga

Location: Hamakom's Modular Building (at the top of parking lot)

Description: Join Megan and friends for this unique yoga class for prenatal people and adults with children in tow! Learn stretches and adapted poses, as well as how to exercise with your baby in the room. Bring your own yoga mat!

Art and Sensory with Samantha

Wednesdays Art Class with Samantha • 9:30-10:30am
6 classes (November 5, 12, 19, 26. Dec. 3, 10)

Location: Hamakom's Modular Building (at the top of parking lot!)

Description: Join Samantha and friends for artistic creation and sensory exploration! Create baby-friendly projects, play with different materials, and make new friends.
Recommended for ages 9 months and up!

Shabbat Baby and Me Class

Fridays Music Shabbat With Miss Melo • 9:30 - 10:30am
6 Classes (November 7, 14, 21, Dec. 5, 12, 19)

Location: Hamakom's Modular Building (at the top of parking lot)

Description: Welcome and celebrate each Shabbat with movement, songs, stories, and prayer while we introduce Jewish traditions and rituals to our little ones. This is a great opportunity to make friends and build community. Grandparents are encouraged to join. Challah included!

Class is geared towards children 0-24 months.
