Please refer to Article 5.0 of the Bylaws regarding Elections.  Per the Bylaws, there will be no nominations from the floor at the congregational annual meeting.  

Self or peer nominations must indicate the slated position being contested and be submitted to the Board Secretary at HamakomLA91367@gmail.com at least 15 days prior to the meeting (Monday, May 12, 2025) with 20 supporting signatures of members in good standing and a statement affirming willingness to serve if elected.  

Membership will be notified of any contested positions 2 days after confirming the signatures on the submission.

At the Congregational Meeting, all candidates for a contested position will be invited to make a 2-minute statement of their interest and qualifications.

Non-contested positions will be voted on as one slate as presented. Contested positions will be voted on by position.
